Endeavor Scout

Short fat boards have become popular nimble pow boards. But with the extra width sometimes piste performance is lost. The Scout has been designed to cover both requirements. The result is a more traditional shape with a wider platform that has been designed to let you to charge the piste at mac 10 and surf endless powder like a pro.

When designing the Scout Endeavor started with the nose shape from their Archetype Series pow board as the base and then developed the board from there. The Hover Camber profile coupled with the wider shape combine to make the tip of the board act like the hull of a ship, keeping you floating on top of the seas of powder. Unlike the Archetype though the Scout doesn't taper sharply to the tail. The width decreases by 1.2-1.4cm of taper from one end to the other (depending on board length) keeps the Scout feeling rock solid on the hard stuff, allowing you to lay down trenches on the corduroy and carve like a boss. Last but not least the tail has the more traditional, low profile shape with a fish style notch cut in it. The idea is help sink the tail when surfing the soft snow. The Scout's versatility across the whole mountain was Endeavor's aim and boy does it deliver.
